I have to start by saying that Google reviews are incredibly biased. For example, my reviews actually way more than others because of the level I am on through them. Tonight, I decided to try this restaurant again after a long break. The service and consistency have always been inconsistent to the point where it is less stressful for me to go to Dot's Diner. However, it was after midnight so it was this or IHOP, which is substantially worse although cheaper. When I first walked in, a lady came over and took my drink order. She was very friendly from beginning to end and I have no issue with her at all. She seemed very sweet. From there, however, things got worse and worse. She asked me what kind of cheese I would like on my eggs and I told her to surprise me because whatever she picked would be delicious. Well, my surprise was that there was no cheese on it at all lol!! The meal was decent, but a tad overcooked and definitely not worth $14. Speaking of, when the check finally arrived I went to hand her my debit card and she said that the credit card machine isn't working. She then instructed me to go to an ATM where you have to have a $20 minimum along with a fee. I get paid on Thursdays. I had enough money to cover my meal and leave her a decent tip. Not pay an atm. The cook asked if I would send the money on cash app. They were lucky I actually left my information instead of just leaving, which I could actually do when services that way. I'm just not that type of guy. This place is okay, but it's not great. It seems that all of the 24-hour breakfast places in New Orleans are questionable at best. The lady was very nice, but that was about it. I'm trying to be nicer these days since I have recently surpassed 200,000 views so I took off one point for the debit card issue and another point for the cheese. I don't hate this place. It's just very inconsistent and this time was a gigantic hassle. I attached a picture of my eggs with no cheese.

07MAR24 ~ My first time there with a friend on his recommendation. Good food, great waitress, good casual atmosphere. We both left full & happy with the experience. Thank you. Plenty of free parking in front of & on the side of the building. A very pleasant & family friendly atmosphere due to a most pleasant staff and the wall placards. I ordered the Western Omelet & my friend ordered the Trio. We both cleaned out plates leaving us satisfied with both the quantity & quality of our meals. Our waitress, 'Trish', was nothing short of outstanding. Genuinely pleasant and engaging, she always seemed to know when to come by, not too often & not to infrequent. Thank you Tic Toc!

The food was delicious. I visited this place three times during my trip to New Orleans. I didn’t like how one of the cooks accused me of lying for a free biscuit. I ordered and paid for an extra one, but it wasn’t in my order. I noticed when I returned to my hotel and came back to show proof of my order with a receipt. When I arrived the third time, I ordered a couple of biscuits, and I felt like someone with three heads with the response I got. I guess the lady was upset that I didn’t tip for such a small order, gave me a cold response, and tossed my order of biscuits. I tipped during my previous two visits. During my first visit, my service was kind and friendly. I’d recommend this place to someone looking for a bite to eat. Some of the workers could improve their customer service etiquette.
